Scan and know what to do next

Add Sub Tasks to an email so you can scan it in a list instead of an outdated subject line.

Ranking and prioritising your list of work will be much easier if every item has a clearly labeled next sub task.

Sort emails and Re-Order emails

Click Sort in the top right to change how emails are sorted. E.g. in your Today view, you might group by folder. In a folder, you might group by contacts.

(Note, due to the unpredictably of the outcome, drag-drop re-ordering is disabled when you have sorted emails).

Just drag emails around to rank them.
