How to move emails into folders

  1. Log in to Gmail in your browser
  2. Open the message
  3. Click the Move To button (with an image of a folder) on the top menu bar
  4. Select the folder from the dropdown. Or click Create New.

Or, on Gmail mobile

  1. Open the Gmail App
  2. Open the email to move, or select it in your inbox
  3. Tap More (3 dots) in the top right, then Move To
  4. Choose the folder you'll move it into

You can also move emails straight from the inbox to a folder
