FAQ

Don't use Gmail, Firefox or Chrome?

Please register your interest below to help us decide what email client to port to next, and we will email you when we became available for the email client you're interested in.

What if I use Firefox and Chrome?

That is fine, just install ActiveInbox into both browsers, and your Gmail account will work the same in either.

Is it free to try? What if I don't like it?

ActiveInbox is free for life (but we also have premium Plus features to get more power), and can instantly be uninstalled from your browser if it isn't for you. And because ActiveInbox just uses Gmail labels for categorization, you will not lose any of your organization.

Does it require signup?

No! It is just a browser addon that lightly transforms Gmail with new features and better label management to help you do email more easily.

Can I trust a browser addon?

ActiveInbox has been in public use since 2006, is used by individuals within Google itself and does not require or store your Gmail credentials. Also, we do not see any of your emails or other personal information (techies can easily verify this by watching what data is sent to us by your browser - we ask you to shout very loudly on blogs and Twitter if you find anything you don't like).
